Notice: U.S. Shipping Temporarily Suspended from July 2026

We would like to inform our customers that, effective July 8, 2026, we have temporarily suspended shipments of toys to the United States.

This is not due to any safety issue with our products. All of the toys we sell have been certified under the Korean government's children's product safety certification system and comply with Korean safety regulations.

However, the United States has different compliance requirements and documentation standards from those used in Korea. Due to recent changes in U.S. regulatory requirements, every toy product shipped to the United States must meet the applicable U.S. compliance documentation requirements.

Although our products are safe and fully certified for sale in Korea, we are currently preparing the additional documentation required under U.S. regulations for the products we offer.

Until this preparation process is completed, we are unfortunately unable to ship toys to customers in the United States. At this time, we do not yet know exactly when the process will be completed.

We sincerely apologize for this temporary inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to serving our U.S. customers again as soon as the necessary compliance preparations have been completed.

We are working as quickly as possible to complete all necessary preparations, and we look forward to welcoming our U.S. customers back as soon as shipping resumes. Thank you again for your continued patience and support.
