- All items are shipped on weekdays within 24-48 hours of payment via FedEx, EMS or other carriers.
- This process is based on Korean local time, including Korean public holidays.
Please note that orders placed on Fridays may close early and be shipped the following Monday.

- Note: Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, local conditions, weather, or customs clearance.
During busy times like Christmas, year-end, and New Year, delivery may be delayed.
- After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to check the delivery status.
If you do not receive your package within 10 days of shipment, please contact us.
We will investigate and take appropriate action.
2. Tax
Please note that taxes are not included in the amount you paid for your order.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and its customs policies.
3. Minimum Order Amount
The minimum order amount is US$38.
This minimum is required in order to offer free express shipping.
4. Return Policy
> Product Issues
If there is an issue with the product you received, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us.
If the issue is caused by us or the product itself, we will take responsibility and resolve it appropriately through a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable solution.
> 14-Day Return Request Period
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before returning any item. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
> Returns or Exchanges for Personal Reasons
If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, you may be responsible for the actual shipping costs associated with the order.
Please note that "Free Shipping" does not mean that no shipping cost was incurred. KoreanToyShop pays the shipping carrier on behalf of the customer.
Therefore, for returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, the actual original shipping cost and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are generally not refundable by KoreanToyShop. Any additional customs or import-related charges resulting from a return may also be the customer's responsibility.
Returned items must be unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
