 - All items are shipped on weekdays within 24-48 hours of payment via FedEx or other carriers.
 - This process is based on Korean local time, including Korean public holidays.
   Please note that orders placed on Fridays may close early and be shipped the following Monday.

 - Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 7 days (varies by country)

         80% : 2 days,
         10% : 3 days,
           7% : 4 days
           3% : over 4 days
     2) Other countries: 2 to 7 days
         75% : 2 - 3 days
         20% : 4 - 5 days
           5% : over 5 days

 - Note: Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, local conditions, weather, or customs clearance.
            During busy times like Christmas, year-end, and New Year, delivery may be delayed.

 - After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to check the delivery status.
   If you do not receive your package within 10 days of shipment, please contact us.

We will resolve the issue in the best way possible, such as a return, exchange, or compensation.
